About the session
Getting to work in an agile way is surprisingly hard, especially for larger organisations. Interestingly, teams seem to find it easier to embrace the change than managers. I hear a lot of scepticism and even rejection from decision makers when going from agile principles to actual hands-on detail. However, there is huge opportunity for managers to become leaders: it can be done, and the fruit reaped from this difficult mindset change is liberating, empowering and enriching daily work.
